With an inclusive and accessible approach, the sessions cater to varying fitness levels and abilities, creating a welcoming environment where seniors can move with confidence and enjoyment. Activities such as Tai Chi, resistance band training, and energetic classes like Zumba Gold and KpopX Lite help improve strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and cardiovascular health while reducing the risk of falls and physical decline. Beyond physical benefits, the program also encourages social connection, mental well-being, and active participation, empowering seniors to stay independent, connected, and vibrant in their daily lives.
