MoveTogether
The MoveTogether Program is a community-driven initiative that promotes active ageing through inclusive, group-based physical activities designed to improve seniors’ physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Conducted in ageing centres, the programme combines strength training, dance-fitness, Tai Chi, mindfulness, and mobility exercises to support functional health and independence. Sessions are adaptable to varying mobility levels, fostering confidence, connection, and sustainable healthy habits. For physically capable seniors seeking greater challenges, the programme may also extend to outdoor activities such as trekking and mountain climbing to encourage resilience, adventure, and lifelong vitality.
